No. You are purchasing a downloadable digital file only. No physical object is shipped. You receive an STL, DXF, SVG or other format file that you can use on your CNC machine or 3D printer.

Immediately after payment, you receive a confirmation email with a download link. You can also find your files in your Shopify account, in the "Orders" section. The download is instant, available 24/7.

Depending on the product, we offer STL, DXF, SVG, CRV, CRV3D and AI formats. The available format is specified on each product page. If you need a specific format, contact us before purchasing.

Our STL files are compatible with the vast majority of CNC machines and software: VCarve, Aspire, Fusion 360, Carveco, MeshCAM, DeskProto, RhinoCAM and many others. DXF and SVG files are compatible with laser cutters and 2D milling machines.

3D printing compatibility is specified on each product page. STL files are generally usable with Cura, PrusaSlicer, Bambu Studio and other slicers. Some models are optimised for CNC only.

Yes! All our files can be resized without quality loss. You can adjust the size to your needs directly in your CNC software or 3D slicer.

Yes! You are free to sell the physical objects you make with our files. You can sell them on Etsy, at craft markets, in shops, etc.

No. Resale, sharing, redistribution or making the digital file available in any form is strictly prohibited. Each purchase is a personal, non-transferable licence.

You can use the file as many times as you like for personal or commercial use (manufacturing physical objects). There is no production limit.

Yes! It is even one of our flagship services. Send us a photo, sketch or description of your project via the custom order form. I check feasibility and give you a free quote within 24 hours.

The average lead time is 3 to 7 working days depending on the complexity of the project. I will give you an exact deadline before starting. For urgent projects, contact me directly.

Contact us specifying your software and machine. I will do my best to help you solve the problem or offer an alternative. My experience as a cabinetmaker and my own CNC machine allow me to understand your real constraints.

Due to the digital nature of the products (immediate download), refunds are generally not possible once the file has been downloaded. However, if the file has a technical defect, we always find a solution. Contact us and we will do our best.
